Organic farmer Paul-Erich Etzel decorates each of his fields with a wreath. He thinks things through; his emblem is the circle – and yet Paul-Erich Etzel isn’t an environmentalist or esoteric. In fact, he is a conservative farmer, and since 1987, the family has taken care of the 400-year-old farmyard according to ecological principles.
